Yes! That's right! It's CANADA/MATTHEW in a MAID'S DRESS. Ahaha honest to God, I LOVE drawing Matthew! Especially cross dressing him! He's so FRICKEN MOE! I once saw a picture that was ENGLAND in a maid dress and the artist had said that England was moe but NO! HE HAS NOTHING ON CANADA! NOTHING!!! Matthew isn't moe, he's MOE MOE!

Anyways! Yeah so, the hardest thing about this picture for me (besides drawing the whole maid's dress and what-not) were the FRILLS. So fricken hard and tedious to do! They were both hard to draw AND colour! But alwell! Is all done now!
